TEST CHAMBERS FOR ALL INDUSTRIAL SECTORS
For tests with combustible and/or explosive media such as batteries, fuels, or gases, the occurrence of a material fault such as leakages can lead to an undesirable event as the substance escapes into the test space atmosphere. This possible hazard potential must be determined and evaluated by the operator by means of a risk assessment with subsequent zone classification. Based on this assessment and zone classification, appropriate safety measures are then a necessary addition to the test equipment to contain the risk of fire or explosion. Possible safety concepts are implemented in conformity with the ATEX directive, as a primary or secondary means of anti-explosion protection.
DEVELOPING TECHNOLOGY
FOR FUTURE FUEL CELLS
CTS test equipment offers different variants for explosion zones 1 and 2 based on standard devices, test chambers or special solutions. Thus, they always place particular emphasis on planning and creating concepts for your individual, specific application. Experts at CTS will be happy to advise you on this so that we can offer you a complete security package tailored to your needs on request.
