ON-SITE
UKAS TRACEABLE CLIENT EMS CALIBRATIONS

In addition to offering full maintenance support and complete GMP qualification services, Nexia Scientific now offers our clients on-site UKAS traceable calibration of their critical EMS systems (environmental monitoring system) to ensure data from their critical systems is accurate and reliable. 

We use highly accurate reference instruments such as MBW T12 Digital Thermometer with high accuracy PT100's for temperature calibrations and MBW 473 Dew Point Mirror for humidity and dew point calibrations ensuring high levels of accuracy and minimal uncertainties.

To accurately reproduce the conditions required for completing these calibrations we use a Fluke 9190A Ultra-Cool Field Metrology Well capable of accurately and repeatedly re-producing a temperature range of -95°C to +140°C, and a Rotronic Hygrogen Humidity Generator capable of accurately and repeatedly re-producing climatic conditions of 5%rh to 95%rh within a temperature range of 0°C to 60°C.  All reference instruments are traceable to a UKAS accredited laboratory to ensure complete accuracy and confidence.
